A “High-Performance Culture” has to do with a collective vision. It entails that many, if not all, people within a specific culture hold to this same or similar vision. In this case, a collective idea of becoming a high-performance culture through a process of personal and professional improvement. – Richard W. Anton
I am noticing an emerging pattern with an increasing number of people with whom I work. An expanding number of people are showing up to improve themselves personally or professionally. Personal and professional improvement seems to be developing into an increasingly valuable endeavor. Clients continue to show up with concerns about their marital situation, anger issues, and addictive behavior. Still, whether this new trend is due to COVID-19 or a collective desire, I don’t know.
